All-Natural Dog Sunscreen Moisturizes and Heals Painful Burns
Most dogs have some sun protection from their fur, but they can get burned. Our all-natural dog sunscreen, created by fragrance specialist Gerrard Larriett, protects your dog from powerful UV rays while moisturizing their skin. The leave-in dog conditioner for dry skin contains enriching oils such as lavender and neem, which heals painful burns on sensitive noses and soothes redness on thinner coats. Available in an 8 FL OZ bottle, our dye- and paraben-free, dog-safe sunscreen is made in the USA and vet recommended.
Sunscreen and Dog Conditioner for Dry Skin All-in-One
Our moisturizing dog sunscreen formula contains UVA and UVB inhibitors, which absorb UV rays before they can be detrimental to skin and hair/fur.
- Vet Recommended Dog-Safe Sunscreen: Our sunblock provides the equivalent of SPF30 UV blockage to decrease your petโs risk of skin cancer and prevent bright pink and peeling snouts after morning walks in the hot sun. Veterinarians recommend Gerrard Larriett sunscreen for dogs because it doesnโt have the chemicals and benzone that cause allergic reactions and endocrine issues.
- Lick-Safe Natural Dog Sunscreen: Our sunscreen mists on easily, dries fast, and is completely โLick-Safeโ because it consists of โeasy-to-sayโ ingredients such as purified water, coconut, flax, yuca, and jojoba oil.
- Non-Sticky & Deeply Moisturizing: Our proprietary combination of lanolin, coconut oil, jojoba oil, and olive oil deeply moisturize the coat and skin and help with a dogโs dry nose. We donโt use any of the heavy perfumes that can cause breakouts or oils that make fur sticky.
We take advantage of the antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties found in lavender. Research has revealed that the essential oil of lavender may be useful for treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness. Lavender oil can also help heal minor burns and bug bites. Warning: The smell is so relaxing, you might fall asleep while applying the spray to your dog.
In India, neem oil is a natural choice for preparing cosmetics (soap, hair products, body hygiene creams, hand creams). We use neem oil in our dog-safe sunscreen because ancient Ayurvedic writings say the oil helps with skin diseases, inflammations, and fevers. More recently, neem oil has been said to aid rheumatic disorders, insect repellent, and insecticide effects. Warning: Youโll start planning a trip to India to purchase all your cosmetics.
We use coconut oil in our sunscreen for its multitude of health benefits, which include but are not limited to skincare and hair care. The oil can also improve digestion and immunity against a host of infections and diseases. Warning: Using this spray on your dog will make you dream of beach vacations and sipping piรฑa coladas.
Directions: Shake well and spray onto the dogโs exposed skin areas. Apply to their face by spraying some dog-safe sunscreen onto your hands and massage into your dogโs face, avoiding contact with eyes. Reapply if your dog gets wet or every two to three hours while in direct sunlight.
Active Ingredients: Lavender extract, neem oil, lanolin, coconut oil, jojoba oil, and olive oil

Protection, conditioning, and aromatherapy
I have a 15 year old whippet that’s prone to skin cancer. This stuff works great. Good protection that doesn’t make him feel oily. Of course he has fine hair so a lot of it gets on his skin.

Steer clear for dogs with sensitive skin
This product broke my dog out horribly. She has welts all over her body from allergic reaction. Sheโs scratched the skin raw around her neck and back. Sheโs been on Benadryl For a week and itโs still not cleared. She still burned on top of it all and her face is pealing.

Made fur feel dirty, not realistic to reapply every 3 hours
Made the dogโs fur dingy looking and dirty feeling. Not a great spray action, would be better if it sprayed like an aerosol for better coverage. Hard to know if it worked for sun protection bc my dog doesnโt talk to me about it. Not realistic to reapply it every three hours.

Very good
Works well for what I can tell. Great for my hairless cat. Best part it could stay on without irritating her skin. It was a bit tough to apply. I had to spray it on my hands and rub it on her.

I love this product
I’ve been using this for several years for my teacup poodle. It is gentle on her skin and protects her well. It gives her skin a lovely feel and she smells terrific! Because it is all natural and is well absorbed you don’t have to worry about washing it off daily. It isn’t necessary!

Great product
I recommend it. Nice product. My dog doesnโt mind it, tolerates well. Nice scent, absorbs very good and leaves no residue. I wish I knew what the SPF rating is.
